In response to my Troop losing its charter, I started a non-profit to charter mine and a few other Scout Units in my area. My non-profit is called GLDN, the Growth & Leadership Development Network, because it supports Scouts BSA in their effort to help youth and adults learn and grow in their leadership skills and be confident within themselves no matter the environment.

In this website, I will share the work product that I used to create my non-profit so others can create their own non-profit and help pick up Scout charters where national organizations are leaving off. With the help of this website (and a good attorney), I am confident that you can take care of the business stuff and let your scouts get back to scouting.
